Heinz von Holzen at his restaurant Bumbu Bali reveals the secrets and magic of Balinese cuisine to anyone who is interested in learning something new and different. These cooking classes are conducted in a kitchen built in the traditional style of Balinese kitchen architecture. During these cooking classes, the participants are introduced to the basic style of Balinese food preparation and basic ingredients in Balinese cuisines. Then they are taken to the different local markets to buy the necessary ingredients for the Balinese delicacies which they are going to cook.
